3 PHASES TO THE 6-TRACK WORKFORCE PIPELINE From stabilization to ownership, we offer six distinct pathways designed for economic sovereignty and clinical readiness.

Stabilization (Foundation)

Rehabilitation (Skill-Building)

Wage Readiness (Progression Gate)

Two Tracks, One Pathway

The stabilization mechanics remain consistent—the context changes. HHHI supports both tracks and the intersection between them.

Track A: Reentry & Adult Stabilization

For adults navigating reentry, fatherhood reintegration, housing instability, and workforce barriers.
Core focus: routine, accountability, readiness milestones, pathway progression.

Track B: Youth & Family Stabilization

For youth and families experiencing school disengagement, family stress, emotional dysregulation, and early intervention needs (including digital overuse–related functional impairment).
Core focus: regulation, attendance habits, caregiver engagement, pro-social identity.
