3 PHASES TO THE 6-TRACK WORKFORCE PIPELINE From stabilization to ownership, we offer six distinct pathways designed for economic sovereignty and clinical readiness. Programs may be accessed through referrals, partnerships, grant-supported enrollment, or self-pay options, depending on service type and location. Employment, payroll, and benefits for workforce roles are managed by designated employer partners within the Greater Good and Mid-Atlantic ecosystem, not by HHHI directly.
